I did alot of research before on the Ford Escape before startin the purchasing experience. I knew what I wanted. What I wanted to pay and what I expected in value of my trade in. After two months of back and forth with a different dealer who would not accept my terms I thought, maybe, I was wrong with all my figures. I decided I could not afford the Escape. I received an advertisement for Springfield Ford and said... one more shot. Worse that would happen is I am back to the same place I was before the call. The call was put thru to Tommy on a Thursday morning. I explained my situation and what I wanted. TEN minutes later, I had the deal. The only problem was the vehicle I wanted was on a truck in route to the dealer. They were not 100% sure when it would arrive. Tommy was off on Friday and would call on Saturday. Tommy called me on Friday HIS DAY OFF to tell me the vehicle arrived. Saturday at noon, I was driving off the lot in the Ford Escape Limited I WANTED and at the price I WANTED to pay. I even received a call a few days later from Tommy to make sure the car was everything I hoped and I am here to tell you all I LOVE IT!!! More

I’ve always completely hated shopping for a new car. Between the games the sale folks play, the back and forth debates, etc – it’s just exhausting.
