The entire process from when I walked in the door to when I drove out with my new vehicle took about 2 1/2 hours. I can't say enough great things about this dealership. Steve has made it so easy to find the type of car I want, the options I need in it and the price I can afford that I will always go back and refer any other family member or friend to him. He has made the process of buying a new car for me so easy that either I call him or he calls me to say my lease is ending soon so we make an appointment to fix me up with something new. I walk out of the dealership, happy with what I got, papers signed and ready to pick up the new car the next day. Since I lease my vehicles I rarely get to use the service department except for oil changes and minor warranty services but every time I've been there its been an easy and professional experience. While I'm waiting for my service to be completed Steve is usually there and makes it a point to come over just to say hello and hows things going. It all comes down to why mess with a good thing. When you know you're getting the best deal possible on the type of car you want don't go anywhere else but Springfield Ford and tell Steve, Ed sent you. More
