This was my second bad experience with the service department. It took me three trips there to get the work done after my first contact. I knew exactly what needed to be done before I went because m department. It took me three trips there to get the work done after my first contact. I knew exactly what needed to be done before I went because my regular mechanic had done the diagnosis. On my second trip he said I didn't really have to be there. They were supposed to diagnose the problem on the second trip, but they never took the car into the shop. He initially told me on the phone that it would be fixed on the third trip but then it became obvious that it wasn't going to happen. They were finally so embarrassed about it that they got me a rental car to finally complete the job. I was never given a call back when he said he would, I always had to call. I felt sorry for the technician who did the job right but was stuck in the middle. The only good thing was that the job was completed under warranty. I will do my best to never go back there again.
