After having a HORRIBLE experience with unfortunately another Ford dealership (located in Jersey but will keep anonymous to remain professional) I found a similar vehicle here , at Springfield Ford Linco another Ford dealership (located in Jersey but will keep anonymous to remain professional) I found a similar vehicle here , at Springfield Ford Lincoln. I totaled my previous Lincoln and needed a new one ASAP but it also had to meet within my standards; price range, and "extras" I require (such as leather, A/C & heated seats, sunroof, etc) Surprisingly, they had not one, but TWO vehicles which met this description and fell WELL within my budget. A gentleman named Frank approached my friend and I in a VERY professional and friendly manner. He introduced himself, got the keys to both vehicles, and waited for us to ask the questions. Frank was not at all pushy or your "average, harassing salesman." He made this experience very enjoyable, relaxing, and overall, very pleasant. I was impressed with his knowledge and passion for the vehicles he represented and would highly recommend him and his dealership to anyone seeking a new or used vehicle!!! I can honestly say, this was by far the BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD PURCHASING A VEHICLE! Thank you Frank for your amazing service, knowledge and passion for your career...oh, and course, the amazing deal!! You rule! :) More

I first went on line and Mike Bradley contacted me the next day. He was extremely professional and no at all pushy or aggresive. We went to see him and we were so impressed with the showroom and Mike's demeanor. He was friendly and gave me the price I was expecting and no haggling.. He was so set on making sure we were satisfied with our choice and he tried to find the specific vehicle and color we wanted. As a senior, I have purchased many cars, and this was the best experience I have had. He showed us the functions and pffered to help whenever we need assistance. What a pleasure.. More
I just leased a 2012 Ford Escape and I am very happy with my experience. This is the first time that I have dealt with Larry and I couldn't be happier. I was a little undecided about what model I wanted to my experience. This is the first time that I have dealt with Larry and I couldn't be happier. I was a little undecided about what model I wanted to go with but, Larry worked with me until I found something that I was happy with. I was approaching the end of my lease with a Honda and Larry was super helpful in advising me so that I could take advantage of all of the incentives that Ford was offering. As I said earlier, it was a great experience and I will definitely be working with Larry again in the future...Thanks! More

I am currently in the market for a new vehicle and checked out the 2012 Ford Escape XLT among others. I contacted many Ford dealerships requesting quotes. Mike Bradley contacted me after I submitted a request for a quote. Springfield did not have the specific Escape I was looking for but Mike assured he would get the vehicle. We came to an agreement on the vehicle price but we were off on my trade in price and could not come to an agreement. Even though we could not come to an agreement, Mike was very helpful and dedicated leaving me with a very positive impression of the Springfield Ford dealership. More

worst customer service ever, i tried to get financing and it took 3 days and still didnt hear a word. every other car i ever purchased i was able to get approved in 15 min. when i asked if they heard any thi it took 3 days and still didnt hear a word. every other car i ever purchased i was able to get approved in 15 min. when i asked if they heard any thing i just got a "still waiting to hear response". def not motivated to sell me a car or atleast call and get the ball rolling. i even had cash to purchase the car out right but mike never even asked for me to come in, def taking my buisness else where. i would def recomend going in person, im sure you would have a better chance of getting a car, unfortunately i dont have the time to stop in and i always buy my vehicles online. I bought my last new ford from Tom DeVito. he took care of me and springfield ford gave me a great deal. i still have the 1995 f150 that i bought at the same dealer.
