Amazing service!!! I am very very new to credit and I have only had a credit card for about 2 months, so naturally my credit score is virtually nonexistent. I've been trying to get a car for a while and wasn't getting approved anywhere. Came by to look at financing a used 2014 focus and, naturally, didn't get approved for financing. In the same breath though, the salesman Chris McMullin informed me of their Ford First Time Buyers program and hooked me up with a brand spankin' new 2016 focus lease plan. The same down payment and monthly payment we were talking about for the original financing deal, only with a brand new car leased for 3 years. After I am finished the lease I'll be getting another really good deal if I decide to buy the car and finance it, and by then since I'm in this lease I'll have a much better chance of getting approved since my credit will be built up. I can't thank him enough for how much he's helped me out, it's really been a strain on my life not having my own car to drive. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and everyone looking into getting a car, he worked with me and understand my position and really helped me out!!! And I LOVE THIS CAR!!!!! More

John and Bill saved the day I started my original search for a brand new, custom 2016 Mustang with another salesman. I ordered the Mustang I wanted with a rare color and very sp I started my original search for a brand new, custom 2016 Mustang with another salesman. I ordered the Mustang I wanted with a rare color and very specific custom options. The long story-short is the initial salesman completely failed me in every aspect of the deal. After waiting 3 months and countless delivery date promises, and unanswered phone calls I decided to go into Springfield Ford and start over with someone else. I walked in at the end of the night and met John Gatto sitting at the front desk, which is ironic because John actually works in the finance department, but happened to be covering for someone that evening. John was concerned about my disappointing experience and determined to get me answers. After digging through my order process he revealed that my car wouldn't be delivered for several more months! He then searched Ford inventory for similar vehicles and found a many other options available. Within 45 minutes, John had found the problem, informed me, searched, and found another vehicle... something that took the previous salesman 3 MONTHS AND COUNTING. John put me in touch with Bill Williams, an actual salesman who could help me complete the deal. Bill narrowed down the vehicle search and found the IDENTICAL car I ordered with actually 2 additional options that I hadn't ordered, for the same price range! He called another dealer, traded them a vehicle, brought the mustang back and had it prepped and ready for me... in 48 hours! I walked in and met John on a Thursday, Bill and John found the car that evening, picked it up the following day, and I took delivery early Saturday morning. I was at ease the moment I met Bill when I met him and I started explaining my complicated situation and how the car I wanted was found on another lot, he looked me in the eye and gave me a solid, "I'm going to get you what you want". If you are going into Springfield Ford, see Bill Williams if you want to be satisfied. No haggling or song and dance, he'll get you what you want at a fair deal... period. Just know that behind the scenes, John Gatto is doing his thing to make your deal happen. These guys are the best, I can't thank them enough for making my dream come true. By far my best car buying experience in over 10 vehicles so far. More
