Atrocious to amazing, Allen Ubaldini can make it happen! My first car buying experience was, to say the least, ATROCIOUS. I needed help. So, I came to Springfield Ford Lincoln. Sadly, Del Chevrolet of Paoli My first car buying experience was, to say the least, ATROCIOUS. I needed help. So, I came to Springfield Ford Lincoln. Sadly, Del Chevrolet of Paoli put me in my first truck and it started falling apart within a few months. There was nothing I could do and the dealership ignored my calls and was unhelpful. My luck changed the minute I started speaking with Allen Ubaldini, a salesman of Springfield Ford. He treated me like I was part of his own family. He heard me out about my misfortunes from Del Chevrolet and promised me that I would not leave Springfield Ford without a truck that I was comfortable with and felt safe in. I told Allen my budget, he worked numbers right in front of me and hand-picked the truck he felt would fit my needs. He nailed it on the head. Not only did he get me a great deal and a beautiful truck, the interest rate on my purchase was half of what Del had roped me into. The overall experience was professional, but also put me at ease. I felt like I was taken care of at Springfield Ford Lincoln. As for my next purchase, I will most certainly be back to their dealership with Allen Ubaldini. More
