Lincoln is not a luxury experience Looked at Springfield Lincoln for an MKC via internet search. Found right vehicle and had 3 conversations prior to driving 110+ miles to see it. Upon arrival at Springfield Lincoln no one knew anything about the car I talked about previously- someone finally said"oh that is the internet guy". You talk with this guy now. The salesman had not a clue why or what I wanted. Finally (more wasted time) we went out to the lot found the MKC SUV of interest two rows deep- dirty and parked in so tight you couldn't look at it. Then no one could find the keys for 30+ minutes! I left having never being able to drive or see the car clean. This is how a luxury dealership sells a $40k vehicle? I left ver frustrated & a little angry over the very poor treatment. Talked with the sales manager about it and he said he couldn't make a key! Buyer beware this is no luxury experience. More
