Upon arrival at Springfield Lincoln no one knew anything about the car I talked about previously- someone finally said"oh that is the internet guy". You talk with this guy now. The salesman had not a clue why or what I wanted. Finally (more wasted time) we went out to the lot found the MKC SUV of interest two rows deep- dirty and parked in so tight you couldn't look at it. Then no one could find the keys for 30+ minutes! I left having never being able to drive or see the car clean. This is how a luxury dealership sells a $40k vehicle? I left ver frustrated & a little angry over the very poor treatment. Talked with the sales manager about it and he said he couldn't make a key! Buyer beware this is no luxury experience. More

Since they shuttered, it's been misery buying new cars. Last year I decided to give Springfield Ford a try. Tom DeVito was fantastic. Friendly, personably, never at any time pushy or rude or patronizing like so many salespeople are typically. He helped me get a great deal on the vehicle I wanted. This year, we went back for a second vehicle and was equally happy with the experience. Tom is a great guy and I felt confident when I left that I was treated well. No buyers remorse here. Pretty sure we will be going to Tom for all future vehicles as well. Highly recommended. More

A couple of weeks ago, my AC stopped working on my 2009 Ford Fusion. After talking to Dan Kennedy from the service department, he assured me that everything would be looked over and that my car would be back to normal asap. After analysis of my problem, the situation was rectified and I was back on the road. The best part is, all of my repairs were covered under my extended warranty so there was no charge to me. Great service and professional treatment. Springfield Ford earned my future business. More
Best Experience I ever had First of all, I have to acknowledge two of Springfield Ford's staff that made this purchase so easy and with the least amount of stress necessary. The finance manager, Justin Darabant and my sales consultant, Tom DiVito. It was these two individuals working together that allowed me to feel that I was making the right decision. Today, I drove off with a 2017 Ford Fusion SE Energi hybrid sedan. I was unsure of the capabilities and reputation that these electric vehicles had but both Justin and Tom took the time over a two week period to explain to me everything that I needed to know and never hesitated to make time to answer my additional never ending questions. I purposely mentioned the two week timeframe in this review because during this period, I was never once pressured to make a purchase or given any sort of stressful sales pitch. From beginning to end, everything commenced as smooth as it could have. I am 48 years old and this is only the 2nd new car I ever owned. Because of the professionalism of Springfield Ford, I will not hesitate to wait that long again when it is time to get another vehicle. I Hope this positive experience proves helpful to others who are in the market for a new vehicle. More

We had heard about the Ford C-Max Energi, but our local dealershi My husband and I came down to Springfield Ford/Lincoln from the Bloomsburg, PA area. We had heard about the Ford C-Max Energi, but our local dealership was not interested in helping us. My brother told us about Bob Flick, and what a wonderful experience we had! Bob couldn't have been more helpful or nicer, explaining all of the different features of the C-Max Energi. He went above and beyond in all that he did for us. The finance department was also very helpful and efficient; paperwork was a breeze! We will be using Bob Flick and Springfield Ford/Lincoln in the future.
