Experienced Dealership This is my second time coming to a dealership to buy a car and coming here at first I’ve done my research. I came here looking to trade in my car for This is my second time coming to a dealership to buy a car and coming here at first I’ve done my research. I came here looking to trade in my car for a pre-own however the genera sales manager at the time Noe ran my credit information and please realize my credit isn’t the best I was averaging 580-600 credit score at the time and my current vehicles apr was about 22%. He ran my credit and still managed to help me grab a 2018 car of the lot. I was in shock. I came into this dealership saying that I was only getting a pre own and I was completely shocked when Noe told me that I qualify for a brand new vehicle. Now Noe done a lot for me that day; I couldn’t pay much for the down payment due to having family issues in the hospital a few days prior etc, but He still helped me out a lot. Now the reason why I’m giving this review a 3 star is because afterwards when we agreed on a price; after I signed the contract one week later I receive a phone call from spreen notifying me that the bank has changed the monthly agreement due to apparently the associate helping me or whoever is fault it was; enter the wrong stock number. So I was literally looking to pay an extra $50-100 dollars more in a month. I’ve decided to go there personally again and no one was there when I went. Julianna the financial manager wasn’t there, Noe the GSM wasn’t in and Tracy apparently was late that day and had to go home which I thought was a ridiculous excuse. I talked to someone that I remembered there and I believed he talked to Jose the GSM that day and they managed lower my monthly to pretty much the original amount we agreed upon. I mean that’s not right where I come into the dealership to look for a car, we agree on a set price and after we sign the contract I get a call saying that the contract is sideways and I need to sign another one where everything increases my rate and my monthly. More
Purchased two New cx-5's Elena Trujillo was great from start to finish. She is patient and knows the cars quite well. Also the Finance people good to work with too. Many dealerships assign one service writer to your visit and that approach can sometimes cause slower progress. These two gentlemen are tag-teaming and on the same page for their customers. While Spreen Mazda is under construction and improving their service lounge, they have been displaced and STILL manage to make it all go smoothly. When Ontario Mazda closed up I was initially upset and a little bothered that I would have to drive to Redlands from Rancho Cucamonga. But now, after my second visit to Spreen, they have earned my business. From the stellar customer service at the Service Counter to the convenient shuttle service, your team makes my visits to the Redlands area enjoyable. Also, thank you for the complimentary car washes. This is the frosting on the cake. When my lease is up, I will be dealing with Spreen for my next Mazda. Thank you! More
