WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVER HAD!!! We promised time frames that weren't accurate, There were employees talking about personal life while customers are waiting. Emily, the rep who helped us, signed me up for something without my consent and I was never informed on what it was. Called the manager Jose to ask why and he said most customers like that app, I told him that was unethical that I just received a text from her giving me the user name and password to my account and i gave no consent, He said it was "optional to have it" so i am confused on why the rep would sign me up something I wasn't aware of or didn't authorize. Many company's get into a lot of trouble for doing that so I am still wondering why she did that, Manager couldn't give me a straight answer so I told him i would call corp and find out. We got there at 5pm and we left close to 10pm. I am 7 months pregnant and was extremely hungry and kept saying i needed to eat and they said my husband and i needed to be there to sign the docs so pretty much we couldn't leave. They didn't offer me any snacks or even offer to get us anything knowing i was extremely hungry and pregnant. Spoke to the manager about his teams unprofessionalism and told him that personal life info should be shared during break times and not in front of customers because I was waiting for my car and didn't know who was suppose to be helping me. Customer perception is so important and to us, It looked like a ton of employees getting paid to speak about their personal lives and not helping the people waiting. I was very angry and I know Jose noticed that. He apologized on behalf of his staff but I know it was only because I was so upset. I was going back and fourth with another car dealership and picked this one because i liked the price they gave us but if i can do it again, I would pick customer experience over price. I've been in management for a long time and the one thing i always tell my team, Never promise something that can't be delivered. Even time frames. I have no complaints about my car, I love it but i will never refer anyone to this place again, and when i have to do maintenance, I will drive to a further place so I never have to walk in that unprofessional environment again. We were referred by Jon at Spreen Honda( Who drove me to the dealership and told them we are life family) because we always buy our cars from there through Jon and it's a shame our experience was so bad. A very kind dealership I was in an accident by a hit and run and my car was totaled. I was physically hurt and the loss of my beloved 2014 Miata club edition made me sad, b I was in an accident by a hit and run and my car was totaled. LIkewise, the financial person, Julianna Lichtenstern (got to love that last name), was nice and attentive. And she had a good sense of humor, too. The only negative is the process of buying (or leasing) a car takes entirely too much time. And we really didn't try to negotiate that much on price. More

It was just ok Bought a 2019 CX3, which I secured pricing through TruCar. When I got there, they of course tried to Jack the price up. This was annoying, since I had driven 50 miles to get there. That being said, the worst part was the misinformation. The salesman assured me that it was fully equipped with Android Auto, which I learned when I got home that it was not. It's one of those things that was not going to be a deal breaker, but why lie about it? The same salesman assured me that he would follow up with me to see how everything was going with my purchase (which he did not). Again, just kind of annoying. I am not saying to not frequent this dealership, I did get a good deal on my car. Just don't take the salesperson at face value, and do your research fully. More
