Excellent Service Technician I was pleased with my first visit to Spreen Mazda's service department on 05/22/2019. Your service writer, Bill was very nice and efficient. I was m I was pleased with my first visit to Spreen Mazda's service department on 05/22/2019. Your service writer, Bill was very nice and efficient. I was most pleased with your technician, Kyle. I came in for the 5000 mile routine service on my 2018 Mazda 3, 5-door, but we had also picked up a very annoying squeak that I have been unable to identify. Kyle took a brief ride with me and (of course) I was unable to replicate the noise. Based on my description, he stated he had a couple of ideas to check. Shortly thereafter he found me and told me he thought he had found the source of the squeak. He took the time to show me the problem and explain the likely cause, but most importantly, it appears he resolved the problem quickly. I believe Kyle is an excellent representative of your service department. I was very satisfied with the service and will certainly return to Spreen Mazda in the future for required service. More
Needs Imporvelent I was hesitant to leave my car when I first walked into the service lobby. The person at the desk was on the phone and no one else asked to help me f I was hesitant to leave my car when I first walked into the service lobby. The person at the desk was on the phone and no one else asked to help me for a few minutes. When the person at the front finally got off the phone, he started helping me as I would have expected when I first walked into the lobby. I think service should be a little quicker and welcoming as guests walk into the lobby. In addition to the hiccup at the front lobby, I also noticed a low tire pressure light turn on when I was driving home on the freeway. I checked the tires when i got home, and didn't see any of them with low pressure. I'm not sure what was done to the car to make the light turn on. More
Great Experience I came in for routine maintenance. All the estimates (time and cost) were on point. If there is any trouble or unexpected situations (there wasn't), I came in for routine maintenance. All the estimates (time and cost) were on point. If there is any trouble or unexpected situations (there wasn't), it is immediately brought to attention of the owner and consent is sought before work is started on it. This dealer was under renovation, so temperature of the waiting area was warm. But that wasn't under the control of the employees, and it wasn't too uncomfortable. They had donuts and a coffee maker and water dispenser. Won't hesitate to bring my car again, when needed. More
Bill in service was fantastic! I was driving in from Northern Arizona when my engine and tire lights came on, Bill help me out right away, no waiting. The next day my air conditioner stopped working and he helped me out again, I told him I was driving through the desert to get home and he tried to fix it. Brian called me the next day to make sure we arrived home safely. The best service I’ve received from Mazda! More
