Trust is in question I am very disappointed with my recent service. I come to Speen because of service and price. My service is always supposed to include tire rotations. I am very disappointed with my recent service. I come to Speen because of service and price. My service is always supposed to include tire rotations. This time I know for sure my tires were not rotated because of a scuff on the right rear wheel. I was told that they won't rotate if the wear is even on each tire, but Mr. Dilbert said that the technicians should have reported that. I disagree. The service is for tire rotation, not "tire rotation if needed." Also, I was told that my engine and cabin filters need to be changed and I was asked if I wanted to do that now. Both are K&N filters. If they were truly inspected the technician would have noted that they were not disposable filters. Please keep in mind that on my previous visit I was told that my rear brakes were starting to wear. I had just had them changed at Spreen a few months prior. On this service it seems as both front and rear brakes are okay. I have enjoyed Spreen up until my last two visits. So much so that I wished I had purchased my car there instead of Riverside Mazda. Now all of this leaves me very weary of returning to Spreen. And given that I am looking to upgrade to a CX-9 in the next 6 - 10 months I am not nearly as sure I will give Spreen my business. More
