Was at this dealership a total of 3 times, mainly worked with Adriana, an internet sales rep who worked out a deal the 1st time. I walked into the dealership however the sales team advised they couldn’t mak with Adriana, an internet sales rep who worked out a deal the 1st time. I walked into the dealership however the sales team advised they couldn’t make that deal work That Adriana and I had talked over and so I left. Adriana once again reached out and attempted to work out a deal, I came back a 2nd time and once again the staff at the dealership advised they couldn’t make that deal work and so I left. Adriana was very persistent and called me again attempting to negotiate a deal, I told her what I needed and she worked something out with the manager and so I went to the dealership one last time. The managers Jose and Gio are so rude and couldn’t be bothered to greet me once the 3 times I was at the dealership and walked passed me several times without even a glance. If it wasn’t for Adriana, I wouldn’t have worked with this dealership at all. Tracy, was my sales rep at the dealership and she was fine but her communication with the internet rep, Adriana and the managers was severely lacking. Even after all that mess was over, Gavin in finance, called me a month later letting me know that they didn’t pay off my entire trade in by either miscalculation or just oversight and that I would need to come up with the difference to pay off my old car loan for the vehicle that I had sold to spreen. This has by far been the worst experience of any dealership I have ever been to and will definitely not be returning. More
