We had a mostly positive experience. The sales people were very accommodating. They washed our “new” vehicle and filled it up with gas before we drive off the lot! The only negative was that they added a were very accommodating. They washed our “new” vehicle and filled it up with gas before we drive off the lot! The only negative was that they added an extra $3500 in “security and appearance” to the advertised price of our vehicle that put us over our budget. I wish those fees were either added to the price of the car or mentioned on the various online sites where they advertise. We also had to wait awhile (20-30 min) for the finance person to finalize our sale because he was the only finance person between 2 dealerships. Not a big deal but for such a large dealership I thought they should have their own person. More
