Worst dealer experience ever. Tried to exclude dealer options that were on the sticker. Lied about it. Terrible attitude after point of sale. When I called the dealer the day after the sale to explai options that were on the sticker. Lied about it. Terrible attitude after point of sale. When I called the dealer the day after the sale to explain that 2 dealer options (paint/upholstery protection and door edge guards) were not on the car, Flavio claimed I wasn’t entitled to them because I “”wasn’t paying for them” even though I negotiated the price based on including all dealer options. I was never told that my negotiated sale price excluded some dealer options. Further, Flavio told me that if it had not been late in the day when I took delivery, he would have REMOVED other dealer options that were already in the car (such as the dealer-installed alarm). This guy was rude and dishonest and gave me a bad attitude when I challenged his misrepresentations about the options on the car. I have never run across a more deceitful and disrespectful sales / finance person in 20 years of buying and leasing cars. I practically had to threaten to sue the dealership before the general manager - grudgingly and after a lot of arguing on the phone - finally agreed to add the protection package and door edge guards. I never even got an apology for this bottom of the barrel experience, or an acknowledgment that the dealer was wrong and treated me poorly. I would rather have paid more money at another dealer than to give these unsavory liars the business. I would never go back to Spreen in Corona and would tell anyone in the market for a Honda to deal with absolutely anyone else. They were the worst. More
