Only a few days after receiving service on my car, while driving on the freeway I heard a strange noise and found a metal cover plate underneath my car did not have all of the screws in place and began drag driving on the freeway I heard a strange noise and found a metal cover plate underneath my car did not have all of the screws in place and began dragging. I had to remove the plate to avoid further damage, and this is not acceptable! More

A horrible experience! Alisa and the internet sales team told blatant lies, just to get me into the showroom and once there, I was subjected to a series of more lies and misdirections from the sales team. told blatant lies, just to get me into the showroom and once there, I was subjected to a series of more lies and misdirections from the sales team. I've purchased new cars before and have never seen such unethical and underhanded tactics used to take advantage of customers. The whole thing felt like an assault and I deeply regret having giving this dealership my business. These people should be ashamed of themselves and what they do.
