I came in for an alignment check and it was nice to hear that the work would be covered under a recall. Eric could have had me pay for an alignment, though was able to get it covered since other front end c that the work would be covered under a recall. Spreen Honda offered me the lowest price out of 3 different dealers. They were upfront and transparent. This was very refreshing. However when went to pay for the service at the cashier. They would not take checks. I pay with checks everywhere. I told her I would never come back or recommend this place. I bought my Honda at Spreen Honda in Loma Linda. in 2004 and I was expecting better then Penske, I learned better. That is why I rate you very very poor.... More
