He was transparent in regard to pricing from the very beginning and made the experience as enjoyable as a car-buying experience could be. He was attentive and proactive, but not in a way where we ever felt pressured or outside of our comfort zone. I also had the opportunity to work with Ken French and Vanessa Valdez who were also very helpful throughout the process. It is absolutely clear that they have a team that cares about their customers. Good price; very poor customer service Ordered a RDX from Ron Andrews; was told that it would be available for pick up before noon on the Friday after Thanksgiving; arrived at the dealershi Ordered a RDX from Ron Andrews; was told that it would be available for pick up before noon on the Friday after Thanksgiving; arrived at the dealership before noon, met Ron, and the vehicle was not on the lot; Ron blamed the lack of a vehicle on the support staff, and his lack of follow-through once we placed the order; we had to wait for three hours before a car could be obtained from another dealer and then another three hours for preparation of the vehicle and the paperwork to be completed. When we got home, we discovered that a cargo tie-down ring was missing from the baggage area. We emailed Ron and explained the issue but did not receive the part. We called and talked to the Sales Manager (Ken French) who said that he would "take care of it", but still did not receive the part. We called Ron again after waiting over two weeks and were told "I don't do parts" and then he hung up. I called the General Manager, was treated politely, and was promised the part would be shipped as soon as their Parts Department could get one. The overall "two star" rating and dealership recommendation is due to the price we paid for the vehicle and for the response we received from the General Manager, nothing else. More
