Horrible A couple of months ago, we were drawn to Spreen because of their good prices online. Even after calling ahead, TWICE, the vehicles were not there. We decided to purchase a more expensive vehicle and sat down to do paperwork. The car desperately needed to be cleaned. Two minutes in and the salesperson insulted me. I let it go the first time but then she did it again. I told her that we were done here and please return my paperwork for my trade in. She tossed the paperwork at me and said 'later'. When I arrived home, I realized she had not returned my car registration. I called and they said they did not have it. 2 days later, I received a phone call that someone had found my registration on the copy machine and asked if I had been to the dealership today.. um... WHAT??? I then had to drive an hour to pick it up to which I was greeted with laughter instead of apology. Today, I put aside my bad feelings and returned as they had another great deal. The salesperson was VERY nice but the cars were filthy. If I am paying $20k +for a car, it should not have sticky substances and dog hair all over it. I'm done with Spreen Acura. More
Poor Customer Service I bought a used car from Spreen and was told the car went through a full inspection. 2 days after buying the car the battery was dead. I also noticed all the interior light bulbs were missing from the car. I called to speak with a sales manager and or service manager but every time they were "at lunch" and they would call me back immediately. 3 weeks later and I still havent heard from them. I know these are small problems but at least give me the time and call me back. I will never buy from this dealership ever again. More

We discovered a crack in the windshield while leaving the dealership. The excuse was the windshield has a tint and they didn't see it. A service person named John called to tell us an appointment was made for a specific day. When we showed up for service, we were told no appointment was in the system and when we asked about John, the answer was he quit on Friday and our appointment should have been for Saturday. Very unprofessional and even the service people who did the work afterwards did a crappy job. The sales director did not follow up with us in spite of several attempts to contact him. More

I drove there after work from Irvine and it took me more than one and a half hour to get there. I was greeted by Daniel, Sales Consultant, at the entrance so I told him I am here for a test drive. He went out to find the car, however, he couldn't it for almost 30 minutes. After a long wait, he came back with a bad news that the car was taken by someone as a loaner and won't be available for two days. He told me to come back in two days and the price cannot be negotiated because it is "internet price". I told him that I am interested in buying a new one instead. He gave me a quote and then told me no dealership in 250 miles radius can't beat it. I told him otherwise. He challenged me to find a better deal somewhere else so I walked out because I wasn't comfortable speaking with him at that point. I went to another dealership I was negotiating with previously and got the deal done on the same day. -- Bad Sales Personnel and Service Emily called me the next day and asked me "how was the test drive and experience at the dealership?" so I told her it wasn't ready when I got there. -- Internal Communication Problem This was my 8th time buying/leasing and this is the worst experience at any dealership by far. I cannot understand how their rating is so high here. It must be skewed data. More
The best deal and best service we ever had at the dealership I search online to find a dream car for my wife, and I found it at Acura of Riverside. This guys cheated me of 2,000 miles on my lease. I will not give this guy's another dollar. I also started doing my service at my local mechanic and saved nearly $150.00.
