Have taken car in with Transmission issues Have taken car in with transmission issues for 2 years now. Transmission on my MDX is getting worse and is not smooth. Took it on a ride with technician and he says the jumpy transmission is normal for the 9 speed transmission. Very frustrating. Used to love coming bears and have for 7 years. Latest service tech was not helpful, said there is nothing they can do without error warnings in the car even though the transmission is not changing gears smoothly. Said all we can do is to call Acura directly. They also tried to just tell me to come pick up the car even after saying they would get an Acura rep to come visit to check it out. Robert is perfect, but the other service person and the dealership are not. More

GPS Check I gave the five star rating because of the service I received. My GPS has a unique problem, the technician can't replicate it, and he tried everything I gave the five star rating because of the service I received.
