It was more than I wanted to achieve at one time, so Phillip helped me scale back the work to be done so that I could put off some of it until my next scheduled service. I was giving an Action Plan at the end of my appointment to outline the 'health' of my car, so to speak, and let me know what is going to be needed in the immediate future. Phillip was very clear and courteous making the experience pleasant. I waited in the lounge where I had free coffee and watched football. More
