Wonderful! Natalie, Stephen and Nick at the service desk helped me out with choosing the right maintenance options for my car, were very professional and friendl Natalie, Stephen and Nick at the service desk helped me out with choosing the right maintenance options for my car, were very professional and friendly. While I was waiting for my car to be serviced, Ashley let me test drive a new Mazda and had a nice chat. I also had a wonderful conversation with the follow-up by email with Jorell, who answered my questions about 2019 CX-5, which I might purchase. I would also like to say special thanks to the mechanic who serviced my car! (I'm not sure if I remember his name correctly, sorry) All in all, very friendly atmosphere at the showroom, great staff and nice cars. I enjoyed my visit and will be coming back again to Sport Mazda. Thank you very much! More

Great service but skip the car wash The service has been great so far. Employees are friendly and the waiting area is very comfortable. Service was preformed in a very timely manner. I allowed them to do the complementary car wash, NEVER AGAIN!! They left soap residue on the car and my mats were wet. I thought they were supposed to put protection down. Other then that, I would reccomend this location for service. More

Attentive service, Clean and well supplied waiting area I came 15 minutes early for my service appointment. Angelo gave me a friendly greeting and checked me in while Nick was away for lunch. I really appreciate the service of Nick, Natalie and Stephen for rectifying the situation and treating me like a valued customer. As someone with a sales background, I understand it is a lot easier for one to be inclined to state a negative experience over a positive one, and what it means to go "above and beyond" for a customer. The Best Servvice Ever!!! I was politely greeted by Nick one afternoon he ask me what was wrong and took me in side , he began to write down what was wrong with my car. As me for my key at the time there was no loaner available but he did block one for me the next day once he found out my car will need to be in the shop a little longer. I also so had the pleasure to meet a service gentleman I do apologies I don't have his name, he was very polite as I was waiting in the lobby are as they were looking over my car the first visit. I have been to many dealership and this by far was the best one yet, even better than the place I first purchased the car from, not that they were bad but the service was much higher at this place than anywhere. I would highly recommend this dealership and it associates to anyone in the future, I am event considering my next car form them all because of the first visit of service. a huge shout out to the service Manager Mike and his TEAM! More
