I just wanted you to know how much your testimonials have meant to us. For about 9 years, it has been the way I evaluate our processes, in both sales and service, to see where changes are needed. The processes have changed many times over the years based on what our customers say they like and don't like. The result of listening to our customers is that Sport Mazda has been the Dealerrater Florida Mazda Dealer of the Year since 2013 and for three of those years Dealerrater United State Mazda Dealer of the Year.
