I apologize that we did not let you know about the delay with the parking sensor before you drove all the way to the dealership to pick up your car. Any unnecessary travel during these times is something we should have done everything to eliminate. I will be discussing with my management team the need to insure that there is even more communication between sales, service and customer during these times.
