If I could give zero stars, I would! I found a used car on Jay Mealey's (Sport Mazda) website. I texted to ensure it was available, got pre-qualified on their website and was given an ap I found a used car on Jay Mealey's (Sport Mazda) website. I texted to ensure it was available, got pre-qualified on their website and was given an appointment for 2:30 the same day. I drove from Melbourne to Orlando (73 miles from where I live to his dealership) and showed up for my appointment only to be told that the car was IN THE PROCESS of being sold. This is BAIT AND SWITCH and it's hard to believe that Jay Mealey still practices such a wicked act! I wouldn't buy anything from this horrible man. If he was the only person on the planet selling water, I'd die of thirst before I would give him a dime! Notice that his dealership is not listed on the BBB; there's definitely a reason for that! Even so, I filed a complaint against him with the BBB. He will only show you the "good" comments from his customers, whereas the BBB would tell you the whole story! More
