The whole experience from beginning to end was VERY pleasant and reassuring. Carlos, Evan, Jased and Mayeline were all SO HELPFUL. Evan was very determined to find us a car we wanted. The process took days but he got it! He was very committed and communicative. The financial negotiation had a misunderstanding about the Maintenance The process took days but he got it! He was very committed and communicative. The financial negotiation had a misunderstanding about the Maintenance cost included on the monthly payment. To be within the amount is was comfortable for us, we had to leave it out. Witch as not exactly what we had before but we did get an more complete package and that cost more as well. At the end we were happy with the car and with the deal. Everyone was very courteous at the dealership and knowledgeable. More
