Multiple Visits - June 2023 The service and parts department have been very helpful so far. I've only been a Mazda owner since February of 2023 and so this was my first visit to the service departmen department have been very helpful so far. I've only been a Mazda owner since February of 2023 and so this was my first visit to the service department after previously dealing with Lexus service. The team here are polite and straightforward. I didn't feel pressured into services that I did not need, although they were presented as options to approve via my phone. I had some warranty related service that needed to be done on my certified pre-owned Mazda CX-5 and they completed all of them without hesitation or argument, which is appreciated as opposed to previous vehicle service situations in the past with other vehicles and dealerships. Overall, I'd say that I will return here for future service, especially while I am still under Mazda warranty on this vehicle. More

Chris Almonte, Alina and Luis Hernandez were amazing. And they were so accommodating and patient while I was trying to decide between 2 models weighing the pros & cons. They taught me how to use my new features once I purchased my CX-50. And they helped me with my rental car situation too! I was able to leave my rental with them and drive home in my new car because I can't drive 2 cars at once. Best staff ever! More
