The dealership staff are always professional and courteous keeping customers updated regarding chosen and recommended action items. I went in for a 25K service, which was previously scheduled. On top of that, the estimated additional time needed to complete additional work was 1/2 of the quoted time. I was in/out in under three hours. On a holiday weekend, less time at the dealership meant more time with friends and family. Truly a first rate service department! More

Usually rate Sport Mazda North very highly as their service dept is better than most. Employee who works at the services department are just not polite and always have an attitude whenever I ask a question.. I had to bring my car back in more than 3 times for the same issue. I always explain that they won’t feel vibration on the steering wheel due to the fact they do not drive the car every day like I do. Another common issue was the AC Motor first time they clean it and the second time they replace the motor and bringing it back the third time for the same issue.
