I wanted to apologize that you were not happy with your experience. We tried to do everything we could to help with this situation. It is not our dealership policy that you have to show a marriage certificate in order to get the Owner Loyalty Rebate from Hyundai. It is a Rebate, not a discount and Hyundai sets the requirements. They require proof that a customer qualifies. We did have to locate the vehicle you wanted which took a few days, we were told we had the vehicle and another dealership sold it without telling us. I know this was not your fault, but we do and did try to do everything we could to secure the vehicle. The interest rate changed because the vehicle you purchased changed. I am a little surprised with the review, when we were never provided the forms to submit for the rebate, and we actually provided a discount to cover the rebate...
