We were not necessarily considering purchasing a Hyundai because we were sold on the reliability of Japanese made cars, but after making a few visits to Shore Toyota and Boardwalk Honda there was no way I would give them my business. So walked in to Hyundai and was immediately greeted by Tim. He was like a friend from the moment we met him. He helped us with every nuisance that comes about when buying a new vehicle. We decided to buy a 2017 Elantra because of his exceptional customer service skills. After our experience at this dealership now I will definitely recommend everyone I know to this dealership, especially to see Tim because he is truly helpful, courteous, goes above and beyond for his clients. Great Customer Service My sister had bought a brand new Elantra from this dealership and Tim was so great that I had to bring my dad in to upgrade to a newer vehicle. Tim was off the day we went in and I was hesitant to work with Jeff but after walking around trying to find the right car for my dad I realized that this dealership knows a thing or two on how to provide great customer service. They should train other dealerships in that discipline- thats how great they are. Jeff was just as nice and wonderful as Tim. He went above and beyond and same with Frank who was the manager in getting us a great value and deal. I almost signed right then and there but being that it was for my dad I had to make sure he got what he wanted. Although (against my recommendation and wishes) my dad went with the purchase of a different brand I feel strongly on writing about howe sincere and genuine the customer service is at this dealership. Both Tim and Jeff were wonderful and made the experience an enjoyable one where I felt as though my business was important and appreciated- which is the way it should be.
