When my new car purchase was complete, to ensure that I could drive it home the same day, Abdul called the rental company and had them to pick the rental car up from Sport Durst at no extra cost to me. My wife and I prayed for a bigger vehicle that would fit our family and as soon as we drove up to the front of the dealership, Louis was there and greeted us with a friendly smile (no pressure at all). Louis then began to input all of our info into the computer and during the process he made us feel like we were apart of the Sport Durst family. Everyone walking around looked very happy and excited to be working there. Louis was able to locate a vehicle that would fit our needs and spoke with Scott Hooper and Blaine Major who both were Amazing gentleman! The deal was done and Blaine shook our hands to congradulate us on purchasing our new vehicle from Sport Durst. Now it was time to get a walk through of the vehicle specs in detail, and we were introduced to Nicholas who had us laughing the whole entire time. Nicholas was very knowledgeable and reassured us that if we had any problems with the vehicle that Sport Durst was committed to fixing it, stress free of all customers! We were practicly in tears because of how these 4 Gentlemen were able to work together with ease and manage to keep us smiling and worry free at the same time. I was WOW'ed from start to finish with my car buying experience. Morgan Gunter responded instanteously to internet application. I came Sunday to browse before my appointment on Tuesday afternoon. I didn't know the dealership was opened at the time. Tami Neal was on her way to her car, but she helped me without any hesitation. We took a test drive and I was ready to get the process started. I signed the necessary paperwork for the credit application Sunday evening and she called me lunchtime Monday to say that I was approved. When I arrived the new car was detailed and ready to go. My trade-in needed to be appraised and I received a really good appraisal. I had to negioate my monthly payment and Tami handled it gracefully. I felt that she was MY ADVOCATE. I left the dealership to only call her back and made one more attempt to lower the rate. After a brief hold, I got what I asked for. I turned around and went back to get the car. I changed my mind at the last minute about which Sonata I wanted. Tami was not bothered at all by the last minute change. The signing of the final paperwork and instructions on how to use the car went seamlessly. Mesha and Miranda incredible. When things were not added to my contract, Mesha followed up and corrected it right then. Miranda made my "dumb questions" seem like the most important question she answered that day. These ladies have made a Sport Durst customer for life. I am looking foward to upgrading next year! More

My experience at Durst Hyundai was a great one. Tami was extremely helpful and walked me through the entire process. Dan was the best car salesman I've ever worked with. I actually looked at cars at a couple of area dealerships and Dan was the only one to not pressure me or try to use sales gimmicks.
