Ok, where can I start. This was my first time purchasing a new vehicle and I was very skeptical about what process to follow. Not knowing all of the 'dealership technical terms', I was a little nervous, bu a new vehicle and I was very skeptical about what process to follow. He was very patient with me, knowledgeable about his job, understood that I'm a parent that is serious about safety and knew my pockets weren't really deep. I walked into the dealership with low confidence, not knowing what would happen, but I left with my chest out, chin up, knowing I made a really great choice. Went in to test drive a Hyundai Elantra and a Mazda 3. Hieu was very knowledgeable and courteous.
