My service experience on my first Hyundai is that they do high quality work and completely honor their warranty obligations in a punctual and professional manner. My most recent experience was on July 7, 2011 when I purchased a 2012 Elantra. They showed me other models and helped tactfully to get me into exactly the vehicle that met my current needs. The showroom experience was very courteous and pleasant. They helped me get exactly what I wanted in extras and did not pressure me to go beyond that. At the end of the day, I felt that I had made five new friends rather than meeting four salesmen and a financial manager who I would soon forget. They all made me feel that our relationship was only beginning with the purchase of my new car rather than a relationship that was over when I drove out of the dealership.
