I had to take my Highlander in because the back gate would not open. Had to replace both left and right hydraulic arms to the tune of $1600 (which I was not happy with AT ALL) because we did purchase a would not open. However, Deana Hicks made my suffering a little easier. She was so friendly, pleasant, and sympathetic to my problem. She really made my day! And, she is a very bi part of the reason that I’ll be returning to Spitzer to purchase a new vehicle. She is certainly an asset to your organization! More
