Charles Carter took care of me even though someone had my service date wrong. he said he would get my car in to get the 10K service....and he did. Thank you. The sales department and financing folks performed as a team and were transparent from the outset. It seems I happened upon some younger folks - younger than me anyway, who want to do real good for themselves, their employer and their customers without going through all the hassle of "trying" differen than me anyway, who want to do real good for themselves, their employer and their customers without going through all the hassle of "trying" different workplaces hoping they land on the right place. Really though, I guess that's what customers do until they find a place they really like. My salesman Tyler Seddon is a pretty good guy to work with. He dotted every I and crossed every T as far as I'm concerned. Currently though, I can see where it is a bit of chaos working in between two buildings while one of them is being repurposed. In the long run it will smooth out for all the employees and customers at Spitzer Toyota in Monroeville. I don't buy many cars anymore these days but if people ask me where to go, I would say if you don't mind a bit of a drive, I know a place. I worked at dealerships for many years off other vehicle brands. While I might mildly recommend some of those brands, Toyota is always the first choice for myself and what I recommend to other people. Funny thing is, the Toyota I purchased is made right here in the United States. My other favorite brand almost is no longer made in the United States. I wonder if my old job would have been shipped overseas if I would have stayed another couple years? BTW there were only two minor quirks with the car i purchased at Spitzer Toyota. So minor that I cannot complain. Otherwise a very excellent car! More
