I was a little worried about the battery in a hybrid car, Josh was knowledgeable, he put my mind at ease. Not only Josh but everyone there was friendly and very attentive, it seemed like they all work together very well, My husband has purchased 3 cars from Spitzer Kia, this was my first of many I am sure. Amazing Spitzer Kia Cleveland deserves 5 + stars. We purchased our first Kia (Forte) two years ago, and brought it in today for a scheduled oil change. My h Spitzer Kia Cleveland deserves 5 + stars. We purchased our first Kia (Forte) two years ago, and brought it in today for a scheduled oil change. My husband and I had been contemplating trading in our other vehicle (another brand) in favor of a Kia (to purchase next year) and discussed it while waiting. We happened to notice George - he assisted us with our first purchase. George recognized us, and came over to say hello. We mentioned we were thinking about getting another vehicle; he offered to show us some options - no pressure involved. We decided to look, and discussed about 3-4 different vehicles. I could see the store was busy, but you wouldn’t know it. George is obviously great at multitasking; I never felt rushed. Additionally, when George helped us, he gave us his full attention. George is knowledgeable and believes in the product. We decided not to wait until next year, and chose a vehicle. We then met with Vince, who also remembered us from our previous purchase. Vince helped through the financing process, also no pressure. Vince was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. We had some concerns about our purchase, so George directed us to the manager - Freddy. Freddy was also very knowledgeable, and friendly. Bottom line - I like seing employee stability (versus high turnover), I liked that staff remember us (George remembers a family member (of ours) who purchased a Kia from him years ago. I know he remembered them because he quoted that family member verbatim). I’ve never felt pressured; George worked with us to find a vehicle I liked, and, one that was within our budget. Staff are honest, friendly, believe in their product, and most importantly- care about their customers. My husband and I will continue with Spitzer Kia Cleveland. I recommend Spitzer Kia Cleveland, hands down, over all others. Make sure you ask for George! You won’t be disappointed. More
