Absolutely wonderful. They were very friendly and so helpful. I was nervous when I first got there but after we sat down and talked I was very relaxed. Freddy was funny, friendly and explained everything to us. He showed us the inside and outside of the vehicle and let me take a test drive in it and it was so smooth. I couldn't believe it only took an hour and half when I've been to other dealerships and it would take 6 or more hours to make a deal. So I would Ike to thank all of you at Spitzer KIA for making this day a fantastic one cause now I have my KIA Soul. Thank you, Sharen Stevens. More

Great Spitzer team. I bought my first car which was a 2007 Kia Forte and every time I go get my car washed everyone there is always very nice they treat you like family s I bought my first car which was a 2007 Kia Forte and every time I go get my car washed everyone there is always very nice they treat you like family so it was only right to return to the Spitzer dealership on Brookpark Road for my second car which is a Kia Optima 2017 thanks to George and the entire Spitzer Brookpark team for making both my experiences great ones.
