I do not like pushy salesman. I like salesman to be friendly and to treat me with respect. Rob was friendly and extremely helpful in helping me to find what I wanted. After choosing the car he went o friendly and to treat me with respect. Rob was friendly and extremely helpful in helping me to find what I wanted. After choosing the car he went over everything in and on the car very thoroughly. When I asked questions he was patient and went over a few things with me again. I would also like to add that getting everything settled with the finances was also handled in a very professional and friendly way, too. All in all it was a very, very good experience. This is the third vehicle purchased by my family since 1999. I don't expect it to be the last :) Michelle More
