Mr. Patel was very thorough and friendly. He met us as soon as we pulled into the lot and proceeded to direct us to the type of car we were looking to purchase. Dawn was so easy to work with, it didn't take all day and I actually was able to get a brand new car for about the same price as the 'newer-used' one I had my eye on.
