Fast, efficient, knowledgable We went to the dealership to buy one truck. Guy gave us a couple more choices to look at. Chuck, the finance person, was very quick with the paper work. Drew, the insurance person, was very efficient as he had our insurance company on the phone when we walked into this office. The Service Manager gave us a great deal for our trade-in and pricing on the new truck. More

Desperate need of a new service center. Had nothing but problems with this dealership. Service department treats customers like idiots. Called North Olmsted dodge and they were able to get me in but said I would have to wait because they are getting all of Spitzer Dodge's customers too. If they can't fix the service dept this dealership needs to be closed down because when my lease is up I won't be back. More
