Expirece with buying from Don Reynolds In 2014 I purchased a 2013 Toyota from Don. I can’t begin to explain the service without saying wow. Not only was I buying from out of state but inste In 2014 I purchased a 2013 Toyota from Don. I can’t begin to explain the service without saying wow. Not only was I buying from out of state but instead of simply mailing the paperwork to me to be signed, he hand delivered the car and paperwork to me 300 miles away. The service did not stop there; upon his arrival he even let me drive the car to make sure it was the one I wanted and he used his own money to fill up the gas tank for me. He took a process that is normally long and overwhelming and brought it to my comfort zone of my home and made it quick and painless. This type of service has been lost over time and to see someone willing to do this for all of his customers is outstanding. If possible, I will buy from Don for life and I highly recommend him to everyone I speak to about buying a car. More

Went there stressed and came out a VERY happy customer! I was super nervous thinking that every car dealership was garbage and full of scams like the last place I had gone to for a car But when I got there I was super nervous thinking that every car dealership was garbage and full of scams like the last place I had gone to for a car But when I got there they were all super polite greeted us at the door and very laid back. Which makes things a lot less stressful when shopping for a car. I had spoke to my sales rep a few times prior to driving out there and he was confident he could get me into something newer and better. And he sure did! I came there in a 2006 PT Cruiser and drove off in a 2014 Dodge Journey low miles, brand new condition, lower monthly payments than what I was paying for the PT cruiser and just all the way satisfied with my experience!!
