I literally did nothing but give my info and the employees made it easy and pain free. Coming in I was worried because my credit score was low and I had an 09 Malibu that I owed over $7k on and I needed an upgrade. But I didn’t want to carry on negative equity nor get into a payment I could not afford. Dan and Erika made it such a positive experience. I wish I would have came here to buy my two previous vehicles before this one. Did I mention they gave me one heck of a deal ? And was completely thorough about every step? and accepted my trade with $7k owed .... and the cherry on top, I put nothing down ! Expirece with buying from Don Reynolds In 2014 I purchased a 2013 Toyota from Don. I can’t begin to explain the service without saying wow. Not only was I buying from out of state but instead of simply mailing the paperwork to me to be signed, he hand delivered the car and paperwork to me 300 miles away. The service did not stop there; upon his arrival he even let me drive the car to make sure it was the one I wanted and he used his own money to fill up the gas tank for me. He took a process that is normally long and overwhelming and brought it to my comfort zone of my home and made it quick and painless. This type of service has been lost over time and to see someone willing to do this for all of his customers is outstanding. If possible, I will buy from Don for life and I highly recommend him to everyone I speak to about buying a car. More
