I was greeted by Alli Ali who was very polite, professional, listened to my concerns and understood exactly why I was worried about purchasing again. What I liked most was that Alli was not pushy and did a wonderful job during my visit. Unexpected purchase Today I came in looking to buy a Chevy Equinox or a GMC Terrain with my heart set on a Chevy Equinox. I was referred to Gaetano by a friend and in arrival asked for him. he showed up promptly and started to ask what I had in mind with car and purchase options. Seeing that they did not have the model of SUV that I wanted he told me about a Nissan Rogue that they had on the lot. He was upfront and honest with me and told me I didn't even need to look at it if I didn't want to and he would do his best to get a car of my previous choice to the dealership. I chose to give the Nissan a try and we took it for a test drive and I fell in love with it. Gaetano went above and beyond to help me get financing when I couldn't get a good percentage rate. We ended up coming up with a good monthly payment that left me feeling secure. His friendly, funny and determined to help me out. Quick, efficient, painless I am not a shopper, I travel quite a bit - so I do not have a lot of time to spend on paperwork. I dread car shopping, but Paul made it bearable. I knew the sort of vehicle I wanted, Paul narrowed it down to two on the lot - and within minutes I was out test driving both. I selected one, and asked Paul for his best deal. I went to two other dealers and looked at cars (with the exact same original window sticker) - and the price Paul quoted me was phenomenal. In fact, one salesperson told me to call Paul and seal the deal as soon as possible. I did just that. Paul worked out all the paperwork with me via email during the week (I was out of town) and when I returned on Saturday morning - everything was ready and waiting. I appreciate someone taking their time to make sure they are not wasting *my* time. More
