Worse expierience of my life!!!! And that’s saying something Ok, here it goes... I went to Spitzer to purchase a used car as I just moved to Ohio and needed a family car for my newborn daughter to get to her doc Ok, here it goes... I went to Spitzer to purchase a used car as I just moved to Ohio and needed a family car for my newborn daughter to get to her doctor appointments as she was born a month premature. I visited Spitzer Chrysler dodge Jeep ram and selected a car and the finance manager pushed me into adding an additional warrenty that was not disclosed to be aftermarket. After further investigation I found it to be aftermarket and having a cancelation clause I returned to the dealership to sign a form to cance the warrenty and be refunded the $1500+ still owed to me back on my warrenty. The fiancé manager who pushed me into it stated he would send it in via fax immediately. 6 weeks later I contact the warrenty company to find out why my refund has not posted to my auto loan to find out the finance manager never submitted it. THe rep for the warrenty company explained to me that this is not the first time he has heard of this from this dealership and that finance man is notorious for it and that it is in order to secure his commission he will hold it until it’s past the point of return. I then contact the dealership and speak with the finance guy who caused the issue as he pushed me off the phone claiming to find out about it and call me back later that day. Hours pass and no return call I then proceed to call th dealership again and this time I am getting the run around that he is busy or no longer available to be reached. Now I’m concerned this guy is really trying to protect his commission and refusing to submit a form that I signed to get my money back within the provided amount of time to cancel. This is kind blowing to me that a dealership would let these practices happen especially a dealership as big as Spitzer so I try to contact he manager of that dealership who is apparently aware of the situation as he refuses to return my calls as well. I’m blOwn away by the way I have been treated here over them trying to not refund me my money as the warrenty company basically told me I paid the dealership for the warrenty and a small portion of that actually goes to them. So it should have been a very easy process that they decided avoidance would be the best response. I have further issues here as well last week I am going to a routine doctors appointment for my daughter and hit a pot hole blowing out my front left tire. This is common enough so I get out to change the tire as quickly as possible to get my daughter out of harms way. I come to find out very quickly that the wheel lock key provided with my car from Spitzer does not fit my wheel lock rendering it useless leaving me in a very bad spot. I have to have my car towed to the nearest dealer who the next day would be able to get the locks off and put my spare on for a modest $100. Ha so having no choice this is what I had to do thanks to Spitzer for providing me the wrong lock key for my vehicle. Please anyone who reads his do not buy from them! It’s a terrible experience that in my case they went after every dollar to my name knowing my situation and then continued to make my life harder decidedly that the guys commission is more important then a customer or his family and that my legal rights mean nothing to them. Please avoid them not saying something will go wrong in your purchase but if it does these are not the people you want handling it. They will do everything they can to not help you but make it more difficult to get anywhere. More

Hassle free experience! Alli Ali was by far the easiest car salesmen I've ever dealt with. He knew everything about the truck inside and out! I came from Pennsylvania to spit Alli Ali was by far the easiest car salesmen I've ever dealt with. He knew everything about the truck inside and out! I came from Pennsylvania to spitzer dodge in Ohio just on how he treated me over the phone. He's very respectful and to the point. The best part of my car buying experience was that it was truly HASSLE FREE!!!! I would definitely recommend Ali to friends and family for future car purchases. I will be buying from him again. More

I was very interested in looking at the NEW Compass redesign and I previously had a bad experience with Spitzer and was very hesitant to return back. I was very interested in looking at the NEW Compass redesign and was not expecting the office to be open on Sunday. I was greeted by Alli Ali who was very polite, professional, listened to my concerns and understood exactly why I was worried about purchasing again. What I liked most was that Alli was not pushy and did a wonderful job during my visit.
