Bad customer service I purchased my Certified preowned car in February. Great sales persons Ali and he wanted everything to be as easy as possible. I would recommended him I purchased my Certified preowned car in February. Great sales persons Ali and he wanted everything to be as easy as possible. I would recommended him at a different dealership. When I was purchasing the car I wanted the dealership to get my plates. I got my title in the mail so I called to see about my plates and the lady in the office getting into a fight with me saying they don’t get plates on used cars which I understand but I asked if they would get them and I would pay the dealership so I would Not need to go out and get them myself to save time. Then after a month of owning my car the breaks and front end were making noise so I took it in. They said it was nothing and sent me on my way. Now a couple weeks after that my car would not start and when t finally did all of the lights I the dash were on such as check engine check transmission and that my 4x4 would not work. Mind you this is a certified used car. So I took it in Asap. When I got there they said my battery was shot and I needed another one and it was not under any warranty. The used car department paid $80 of my bill. It cost me 200 on top of the car that I bought a month and a half ago. I asked how this could happen and I was told it could happen over night. But once it was replaced my cars auto stop function worked which has not worked since I purchased the car. Meaning this has been the problem since I purchased the CPO car. More

I don’t know how this car dealer got 4.5 stars My car is covered under full warranty which is what I paid extra for, my car breaks down refuses to start, I call roadside ( WHICH ARE GREAT AT WHAT T My car is covered under full warranty which is what I paid extra for, my car breaks down refuses to start, I call roadside ( WHICH ARE GREAT AT WHAT THEY DO ) to get my car to the dealer to see what’s going on. Two days later my car is still sitting outside in the lot, hasn’t even been diagnosed yet, nobody is calling me back! I call back every 4 hours to get an update and all I’m told is well we are busy! Well I’m without a car that gets me back and forth to work everyday! My husband’s car dealer ( nissan ) gets him a rental car when they know he’ll be without a car for a day or more! I REGERT CHOOSING THIS DEALERSHIP! More
