Last year, the two of them helped 4 members of my family into new Jeep Compass leases and it was the most seamless, affordable process we could have imagined. This time, 3 years later at the end of the lease, they not only helped all of my family members into their next phase but they fulfilled dreams of both my parents and my own. A dream car of mine has been a white Jeep Grand Cherokee. I was going to settle on another car in the meantime because it seemed impossible at this point in my life. Sometimes a woman coming in to a car dealership alone is treated differently than if she were a man - not in this case. Paul met me at the door and we hit it off immediately. He was professional, friendly, courteous, and not anything like any other car salesman I have worked with in the past. He made the experience easy, quick, and painless, without the endless trips back to "the manager" for pricing. I left the dealership feeling as though I had gotten a fair amount on my trade and a fair price for the car that I wanted. Not once did I feel that I was being oversold or taken advantage of. He also spent time with me after closing to get the paperwork done and to give me a quick tour of the car. I would recommend Paul to anyone who is looking for a straight-up buying experience. As for the dealership, everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and seemingly interested in my customer satisfaction. I will be coming back for sure. More
