Horrible never buy a car here!!!!!! I've been trying to get in contact with the GM since I purchased my car in February.... I've never had one of my calls returned ... had to spend $45 I've been trying to get in contact with the GM since I purchased my car in February.... I've never had one of my calls returned ... had to spend $45 on a cabin filter today..that I didn't agree to have replaced.We told them we wanted proof it was replaced in the hundred twenty point inspection that we were told we had When the vehicle was purchased.. they refused to give us the paperwork for 7 months now ...i asked them to look into it because of a funny smell that's been coming from my car since I've bought it.. and I said for having it replaced 7 months ago when I purchased my vehicle in February like I was told there should be no reason for any kind of smell ..and now my floorboards flooded which was covered through the manufacturer.. but today they told me that I didn't have a 120 inspection on my certified pre-owned vehicle ...and there was nothing they could do.. the cabin filter was not replaced prior but (they do change them) when cars come in were their words .. I could have gotten a cabin filter for a quarter of that cost...they have lied and told more stories then a child... why would my certified pre-owned vehicle only have a 36 point inspection ...I want my money back!!! They also could not give me the 36 point inspection paperwork that the car supposedly had still to this day because their printer was not working another story!!!!!! Never received my title memorandum had to go buy one because another person didn't do their job... More

Good experience untill the end I liked my sales person from the beginning. He would listen to what we were saying and looked for what we asked and needed and could afford. When we sat down to start to talk i told him what i could afford and he showed me some options and told me that he could get me some coupons to get me to what i needed to be at price wise. So when i talked to Dan in finance he told me the final numbers and it didnt sound right so i asked about the the 2 coupons Alli said he told me about and Dan didnt know anything about it. So long story short he was called in asked about it and at first said he didnt say that but then finally said that he did and then said a different price. At the end of it i was given what i was told i was gonna get for the van. Thats why i rated the dealership high because at the end of the day i got what i asked for and a good deal. But i would have to think twice about putting a friend through what i went through at the end. For me you can have a great experience but it only takes one bad thing to ruin it. And that miscommunication at the end almost did. More
