I went to Bob Morris Cadillac and was treated like garbage when I tried to buy a used vehicle. Guess I looked poor because I was covered in grass. So I came to Spitzer and just got a new Ram. I learned my lesson. I was treated with respect, they listened to what I wanted within my price range, and just took care of me. Don't waste your time anywhere else. And Bob Morris, you pretentious peace of garbage, take your three piece suit, your silk tie, and shove it where the sun don't shine. I can afford a Cadillac, because of you, I will never want on. AWESOME! In my 50+ years of purchasing cars, this was the most awesome experience I have ever encountered. This experience was far more than walking into In my 50+ years of purchasing cars, this was the most awesome experience I have ever encountered. This experience was far more than walking into a dealership and working with the sales staff and finance department during the purchase process. As with any vehicle purchase we were greeted as soon as we walked in the door, but in this case it was by the sales manager, Rob Langelier, who inquired about the purpose of the visit and subsequently directed us to a sales associate, Rick Suhar. As expected, Rick inquired about what we were looking for and through this conversation he was quickly able to narrow down the type of vehicle that best fit our needs and then took us out to look at the available vehicles. Once we had narrowed down our choices to a few vehicles, Rick gave us the keys to one of them and allowed us to take the vehicle for a ride. Upon our return and going back into the show room, we were greeted by the Rob Licursi, the general manager. Talk about feeling special, this was incredible. After this interaction, my wife and I agreed upon the vehicle we wanted and went through the typical negotiations which ended with us feeling extremely pleased. Then it was off to the insurance group who called our insurance agent to get the new vehicle coverage immediately setup. This was a new experience for us; no other dealership we have dealt with has gone out of their way to handle this component of purchasing a new vehicle. Next was the meeting with the finance representative, Carshawn Johnson [CJ], who took extremely good care of us and ensured that we fully understood every step of the process. Then it was back to the Rick, the sales associate, for the introduction and complete walk through of our new vehicle, which was washed, prepped and ready to go. Rick did a great job to ensure we were fully comfortable with everything and had no questions. And guess what, during this orientation process, Rob, the general manager, came by for a 2nd visit to ensure we were completely satisfied with every step in our purchase. So, as noted in my opening statement, you can understand why this was the most AWESOME vehicle purchase I have ever been involved with. Best dealership experience I’ve had Paul really delivered for me. I walked in and he greeted me instantly. I told him exactly what I was looking for and found a car that was right off th Paul really delivered for me. I walked in and he greeted me instantly. Shortly after he gave me my trade in value going toward my new Vehicle and went over my finance numbers which I felt were fair. Closed a deal very smooth and fast with no problems. I was matched with my dream vehicle I spoke to Rick Suhar during my visit, and I told him that I was looking for a 2019 black Jeep Cherokee Limited. I was not looking to buy a vehicle wh I spoke to Rick Suhar during my visit, and I told him that I was looking for a 2019 black Jeep Cherokee Limited. I was not looking to buy a vehicle when I visited the dealership, but Rick asked if he could present a package, that was in the range of what I was willing and able to spend monthly, would I be interested in purchasing the vehicle on that day? I told him yes and Rick met with the Finance manager of the dealership and made everything happen. I drove home 3 hours later in my new 2019 black Jeep Cherokee. More
