Very unpleasant experience. Asked for a quote for a new ram 1500 . Would not meet my simple request . Instead tryed playing the game of well tell us your offers and we can see if we can beat it . Went in and was greeted by Josh Phelps, a Sales Associate, explained to him what I was looking for (it was in the showroom) and I drove the vehicle home later that day. Between Josh and the Finance Associate, explained to him what I was looking for (it was in the showroom) and I drove the vehicle home later that day. Between Josh and the Finance Manager, Frank Peroni, I could not have been more pleased with the entire purchase. What made it even better was that my wife when asked what they might be able to do for her, they listened, they heard and she also drove home a vehicle right off the showroom floor.
