Spitzer Jeep RAM Brook Park

I went in the other day for an oil change and my break feeling tight when I depressed it to start my vehicle. I didn't know the break issue could be the battery, not only did Richard Carver have that che feeling tight when I depressed it to start my vehicle. I didn't know the break issue could be the battery, not only did Richard Carver have that checked out but found it did need replaced and that it was still under warranty. Which in the end they replaced the battery at no charge. I also asked if they would check the tread on my tires and give me an estimate on new tires. Richard Carver checked them and told me I didn't need new tires. How wonderful was that, it was a perfect opportunity for him to sell a woman a set of new tires that would have ran at least 1,500-2,000 that she didn't even need but he said I will not sell you something you don't need. As a woman I really do appreciate that type of service from a car dealership, I will definitely go back, I have not been treated badly there. They are honest people which I appreciate. My salesman was Austin Hopperton. I had gone in there first to see if I could trade in my ram for a newer ram, not only that we also purchased a newer Jeep compass for my fiancé. The ease and friendliness and no behind the scenes which I’ve had at another dealership which I purchased seven vehicles from was amazing. I didn’t have to wait to get answers. Josh was very good with the finances and Frank was very good with the papers as well. Another reason I chose that specific dealership is because a few years back I was having problems with my windshield wiper and drove into the service department, and a man name Rich Came out and fixed it for me for free and I didn’t even buy my ram there. I cannot express the gratitude that I have for everybody involved. So the dealership which I purchased seven vehicles from in the past that didn’t treat me as well as my first time being at Spitzer is no longer my choice.
