I had gone in there first to see if I could trade in my ram for a newer ram, not only that we also purchased a newer Jeep compass for my fiancé. The ease and friendliness and no behind the scenes which I’ve had at another dealership which I purchased seven vehicles from was amazing. I didn’t have to wait to get answers. Josh was very good with the finances and Frank was very good with the papers as well. Another reason I chose that specific dealership is because a few years back I was having problems with my windshield wiper and drove into the service department, and a man name Rich Came out and fixed it for me for free and I didn’t even buy my ram there. I cannot express the gratitude that I have for everybody involved. So the dealership which I purchased seven vehicles from in the past that didn’t treat me as well as my first time being at Spitzer is no longer my choice.
