I have been extremely satisfied with all of my service at Spitzer Chrysler. I have leased two Jeep Wranglers from here and most recently my interaction at Spitzer was to have service done on my 2021 Wrangle Spitzer Chrysler. Service here is very slow and very poor. They had my car for a week. Took it in with some electrical issues and after charging me over $175 they said that they cant diagnostic the solution They had my car for a week. Took it in with some electrical issues and after charging me over $175 they said that they cant diagnostic the solution because the battery the battery was not fully charged. They wanted $600 on top of the $175 to replace the battery and then MAYBE they will be able to diagnostic the issue. Now that i changed the battery for $200 by myself they said it will be another $175 to try and diagnostic the electrical issue. IS ONLY THE ONE HEADLIGHT IS NOT WORKING ALL THE TIME. More

I went in the other day for an oil change and my break feeling tight when I depressed it to start my vehicle. I didn't know the break issue could be the battery, not only did Richard Carver have that che feeling tight when I depressed it to start my vehicle. I didn't know the break issue could be the battery, not only did Richard Carver have that checked out but found it did need replaced and that it was still under warranty. Which in the end they replaced the battery at no charge. I also asked if they would check the tread on my tires and give me an estimate on new tires. Richard Carver checked them and told me I didn't need new tires. How wonderful was that, it was a perfect opportunity for him to sell a woman a set of new tires that would have ran at least 1,500-2,000 that she didn't even need but he said I will not sell you something you don't need. As a woman I really do appreciate that type of service from a car dealership, I will definitely go back, I have not been treated badly there. They are honest people which I appreciate.
