As expected, the General Manager, the Finance Manager, the receptionist, the service people, other sales people and our sales person, Jason Anderson treated us with respect and courtesy. As a senior citizen who has purchased many cars throughout my life, this dealership and staff ranks at the top of my list. Will I return again? Will I recommend Spitzer Hartville to others? Experience in the service department I had a problem with my car. I went to the service department where they took the car to diagnose the problem. I thought I would have to come back ano I had a problem with my car. I went to the service department where they took the car to diagnose the problem. I thought I would have to come back another day to have the work done. They came out after finding out what was wrong, told me they had the part and could do the work immediately. I was in and out in less than two hours and did not have to go back another day to have the work done. Great experience More
